Stardom - Francis Farmer

When I think of Francis Farmer, I always wonder how she kept her mind at all?

She bucked the system, she argued with her studio bosses, judges, police and family. Frances was a talented actress and she wanted to be treated better by those around her. Unfortunately that never really happened. 

Frances also devolped a drinking problem, "I put liquor in my milk ... in my coffee and in my orange juice." she said to a judge. Okay, well you get the idea. Francis appeared to be unstable. She never thought she was sick, when they put her away in a mental hospital.

She passed in 1970 at the age of 56. A well worn life, I'm sure she felt glad it was over.
